My friends,
I’d love to share some photos from my trip back to motherland, Ukraine, where I was born and raised until 12 years old before moving to Russia. I haven’t been home to see my family for 6 years, and I must say that things did not change much since my last visit. Life is so peaceful and slow at Kolky. People are smiley and generously welcomed me into their home with tables full of delicious food. Definitely had varenyky (dumplings) overdose this time hehe. The colours of autumn are my favourite. The trees are almost entirely yellow with flickers of green creating a beautiful contrast. And how great are the houses and buildings! Every place has its own character.
